All entries must submit media for judging via the online entry system. Each media type has specific technical requirements, as outlined below.
- JUDGING MEDIA: This media will be reviewed by the jury. (1-5 Images + Optional Video)
- THUMBNAIL: Every entry requires a thumbnail image. The jury will see this for reference only, it will not be judged.

Projects submitted that are in other languages than English, must have full English translations provided (this includes English captions if videos are submitted in other languages). The application form for the project must be filled in English. English is the Cumulus official language.
- Video Media: For video entries in a language other than English, provide English subtitles in the video.

Image
Image files will only be accepted through the online entry system. Upload images that best illustrate your project and, if possible, the process and intended impact of your work.
DIMENSIONS
- The maximum image dimension is 3000 pixels tall or wide.
FILE SIZE
- Each file must be no larger than 10 MB
FORMAT
- Project Images must be either JPEG, GIF or PNG formats.

Video (optional)
Video files will only be accepted through the online entry system. Tell us the story behind your project. How you approach it is up to you!
ASPECT RATIO / RESOLUTION
- Full HD 1920 x 1080 is expected
- All videos must be submitted in 16x9 format

- Each file must be no larger than 200 MB
NOTE
- Videos should be no longer than 2 minutes.
- For video entries in a language other than English, provide English subtitles in the video or a translation in the "Judging Description / Translation" field with the individual video file.
